Arnold P. Nicholson, P. Eng, President & CEO

Arnold is a principal partner with over 20 years of hands-on experience executing and managing electrical and automation
projects around the world. His work includes project management, conceptual and detailed electrical design, installation and commissioning supervision. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of New Brunswick and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of New Brunswick.

William (Jim) Gillis, P. Eng, V.P. Engineering

Jim is a principal partner and has 15 years of experience in instrumentation and controls from both a technical and sales perspective, as well as over 10 years of experience as an Engineering Manager. Jim oversees initial technical scope, project development and resource allocation and plays a key role as client manager for all of ADM’s key projects. His combination of engineering and business management experience allows him to assess ADM’s clients’ technical needs while keeping their budget and timelines on the forefront. Jim holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia.

Keith Flynn, P. Eng, V.P. Data Management

Keith is a principal partner with extensive experience managing and executing data management and electrical design projects for global companies. A unique combination of experience with various automation technologies together with an in-depth knowledge of data management systems allows him to find solutions for companies who need to manage and interpret their vast amounts of plant information. Prior to joining ADM, he was the head of the Data Group at DPL Engineering. Keith has developed many software applications which are in use by several industrial plants in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical engineering from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science from Acadia University. He also holds a PI Systems Manager certificate along with various Microsoft certifications. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia.

Brent Donovan, P. Eng, V.P. Automation

Brent is a principal partner who has 15 years of hands-on experience executing and managing automation projects. Brent's extensive experience in each project covers initial electrical layout and design, detailed electrical design, automation development to project implementation and plant commissioning, using a wide range of logic controllers and automation products. Brent holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of New Brunswick and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of New Brunswick.
