RtDuet™ CM

The Core Module (CM), a bolt-on software component for PI, automatically creates client-defined downtime event records based on field inputs configured in the PI Module Database.

The event records are used to calculate KPI results, including OEE, unplanned downtime, and speed and quality losses.

Duet™ ARI

The Application and Reporting Interface (ARI ), an ActiveX Control, presents the KPI results and allows you to manually enter data, assign a root cause and validate the information.

Working with the Duet™ CM or as a standalone application for the manually entered data, the ARI packages the information for easy integration with any development or reporting environment, including ASP.Net, Crystal Reports and MS Excel.

RtDuet™ CT

The Configuration Toolset (CT) is a GUI interface with wizards to add or delete:

• Corporate divisions, plans, production centres, and machine centres
• Root causes
• Shift and operator information
• Configuration settings from site to site
• Personnel security levels

RtDuet™ DTM

The RtDuet™ MDAC Compatible Data Transfer Module (DTM) moves events data from the PI Batch sub-system to MS SQL for business logic applications.
