RtDuet™

RtDuet™ is a suite of software working in concert with PI to deliver event-based Key Performance Indicators and identify root causes.

A flexible system utilizing Microsoft technology, RtDuet™ leverages the power of PI RtAnalytics (PI, PI-MDB, Event Framework, and PI-ACE) to automatically deliver real-time, client-defined downtime or industry standard OEE reports, complete with shift and cause metadata.

Features

Configuration wizards, in harmony with the PI-MDB, allow for fast, efficient deployment of standardized downtime calculations across corporate divisions, plants, production lines and machine centres. RtDuet associates downtime with operational data and allows for real-time analysis using PI Batchview trends, Gantt charts, and reporting via Excel.
