RtDuet™

This flexible system which runs on top of PI utilizes Microsoft technology to deliver OEE, related KPIs and relevant downtime information. It features .NET technology, supports an amount of equipment types, assigns root causes and features automated reporting. At the core, a set of RtDuet™ Modules create downtime records based on field inputs configured on the PI Module Database. These downtime records are used to calculate OEE components such as unplanned downtime, speed and quality losses to ultimately save the user thousands of dollars.

PQM2PI Interface

ADM's PQM2PI interface allows for easy and automatic collection of results generated from an online Pulp Quality Monitor (PQM). Data is automatically collected from all configured online sample points as well as offline manual samples. The ADM interface is easily configurable to filter any sample results containing errors. This application has proven to be invaluable to many Pulp Mills across North America.

ADM File Parser

With this application, ADM can capture data from UNIX-based printed reports and save to a newly formatted file which is readable to the PI interface. Once the PI interface reads the data it needs, it sends this data to the PI server for archiving. This product can be applied to any industrial application which requires information in the main PI server but is currently only printing hardcopy reports.
